What People Say About Us
Peri is awesome. He is extremely responsive and did an excellent job on our bathroom renovation. I recommend going with him and I will be using him for all our plumbing needs in the future.
The service was great. I called Peri from Proto Home Sevice Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink. After inspecting some pipes connectors/drainage, he realized that some connections were wrong. He took the time to explain everything in detail that needed to be changed. I followed his recommendations and I'm very happy with the results. Peri is very professional with many years of experience. Highly recommend!!
Peri was amazing! He was super informative and gave me an estimate right off the bat. The service was fast and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using Proto home service again!
Clean, professional work. They were quick to respond and took the time to explain the new tank’s operation. We had an oil hot water tank replaced (which most plumbers cant/wont do). Great work. Thank you.
I recently had Peri from Proto Home Service Plumbing handle all the plumbing work for my bathroom renovation, and I couldn't be more impressed! He installed a brand new walk-in shower, infinity drain, toilet, and faucet with absolute precision and care. What stood out most was the excellent quality of his work combined with his professional attitude and very reasonable rates. Throughout the entire project, Peri demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail...
Our water heater gave out unexpectedly. Peri and his team were there in less than 18 hours to replace it. He is very responsive and he will always be my first call when anything plumbing or heating needs attention.
These guys are AMAZING. If you’re looking for someone who is both knowledgeable and super-responsive, these are your guys. They have dealt with some super janky plumbing for me in a couple of old buildings and they did a phenomenal job. Trustworthy and reasonably priced. Hard combination to beat.

How Same-Day Heating Scheduling Works
Call (617) 842-9104 or submit the request form with a working phone number. The team reviews your location, symptoms, current schedule and the likely work involved before confirming an appointment window.
Same-day service is subject to technician availability, travel time, parts and the scope of work. Calling early provides the best opportunity, while urgent safety or property-damage situations are triaged separately.
— PROBLEMS WE CAN ASSESS —
Tell Us What Is Happening
Same-day requests commonly involve no heat, uneven temperatures, boiler pressure trouble, furnace shutdowns, oil-burner problems, heat-pump faults, unusual noises and heating controls that are not responding.
Provide the type of heating system, displayed error codes, whether the system has power and whether the home has any heat. Do not repeatedly reset a burner or bypass a safety control.
— EMERGENCY OR SAME-DAY? —
Call Immediately When Safety or Property Is at Risk
No heat during cold weather, smoke, fuel odors, carbon-monoxide alarms or unsafe equipment operation require immediate attention. Leave the property and contact emergency services or the utility when an odor or alarm indicates danger.
For urgent help, use our 24/7 emergency heating service. Calling is faster than submitting an online request during an active emergency.
— WHAT TO EXPECT —
Clear Diagnosis and Approval Before Work Begins
Proto Home Service explains the diagnosed problem, available options and pricing before approved work begins. The technician will also tell you when parts, additional work or a return visit are required.
Our licensed and insured team brings 40 years of industry experience, and completed work is backed by a 100% workmanship warranty.
